From May 8 to 11, 2025, CARIBIA took part in the second edition of the EVA Fair – Mother’s Day Edition, one of Colombia’s most representative platforms for female entrepreneurship. The event was held at the iconic Parque de la 93 in Bogotá.
EVA: a tribute to women-led creativity
EVA has become a benchmark fair that highlights women-led brands, offering an atmosphere filled with sensitivity, design, and meaningful connection. In this special edition dedicated to mothers, the fair radiated emotion, gratitude, and heartfelt details. As always, we held our usual stand, where our clients know they can find us and reconnect with our stories.
A special collection for unique mothers
For this deeply meaningful occasion, we curated a special selection of handwoven Wayuu mochilas, chosen for their symbolism and fine craftsmanship. Each piece served as a tribute to motherhood, care, and our roots. These mochilas, handcrafted by Indigenous women from La Guajira, were the stars of a space that celebrated tradition, authenticity, and maternal strength.
CARIBIA: woven with soul, born in La Guajira
Our participation in EVA – Mother’s Day Edition was a warm, intimate, and heartfelt experience that allowed us to continue building community around design with identity. From the beginning, we’ve been driven by the pride of being a Guajira-born brand, working hand-in-hand with Indigenous artisans who pass on their cultural heritage through every stitch. Every fair is an opportunity to share CARIBIA’s essence, connect with people who value handmade work, and keep Wayuu tradition alive. At EVA, more than selling, we wove conversations, memories, and new relationships with those who feel and recognize the power of ancestral craftsmanship.
